Usage: http://www.stic-online.de/stic/openproxy/{IPADDR or COMMAND}

Response codes:
0@{timestamp}: invalid request / malformed request
1@{timestamp}: known open proxy
2@{timestamp}: status unknown - sheduled for test
3@{timestamp}: not an open proxy server
4@{timestamp}: known open proxy (data too old, sheduled for update)
5@{timestamp}: not an open proxy (data too old, sheduled for update)
6@{timestamp}: service unavailable - too many request from your ip (flooding)
7@{timestamp}: service unavailable - request from your ip has been blocked
8@{timestamp}: {command response})
9@{timestamp}: internal error

For testing purpose: http://www.stic-online.de/stic/openproxy/responseopen allways returns responsecode 1

Available commands:
 NOOP   - No operation
 STATUS - Display status
